Our employees smile on the job because they love what they do.  Here, Alicia displays her typically great spirits despite many overtime hours on the job. This job was particularly impactful -- our customer needed several rooms rebuilt in the span of 90 hours. Despite asking for it, our customer was amazed that we were able to accomplish it.

The clock strikes 5 p.m., and most people go home for the day. SERVPRO® technicians answer the call, however, and the day is just beginning. On this occasion, a commercial client called with a major water intrusion due to a broken drain pipe. It meant an all-nighter for SERVPRO's crew, many who had begun at 8 am earlier in the day.
